A girl I work with moaning she's not sleeping so well recently. I was then making tea while she was. She had; a caffe latte, with an espresso added, and then the icing on the cake, added a spoon full of Nescafe (other instant coffee is available) and stirred that in.

With regards to the ridiculous Facebook 'changes of terms' panic going on among a lot of people (idiots). If you're not familiar, basically people have been copying and pasting the following status to 'protect them' from the changes (that in reality effect nothing).

I'm at work so one of the perks I have is free food from the diner. If its free I have to take the piss a bit. It's not a big steak and they have cut it up for me which is nice of them.
