Its an easy hour for Chris,
It was better when he was taking the pee out of people now we dont hardly hear from him in the hour,

I know its for the 1967 thing but how long is golden hour lasts 2 more weeks?

I Bet chris has his feet crossed on top of the table,

My friends dog caught a squirrel the other day. That squealed. Lots. I don't like squealing squirrels much either. They drip and make a mess on the floor.

You don't have to immediately turn every topic into shit you know, you can actually talk about the show in a topic about the show.

I listen again to the show, if realplayer cuts off during the Golden Hour I won't bother starting it again. It's alright for the two weeks but I wouldn't want it full time, it'd run out of steam quickly like Coxys Big Ones did.

It used to be a regular fixture though didn't it, and from what has been said on the radio, it was a really popular feature. I don't know which show it was in, but I can't imagine wanting to listen to it every day. Maybe as a weekly thing it would be ok.

well, we had a discussion some time ago on what we wanted to hear on the show, and quite a few people said they'd like to hear more oldies, and quite a few said they'd like to hear more new songs coming through, especially unsigned bands.

That could be a new format to a new golden hour, 30 minutes of old stuff then 30 minutes of new.

And madhorse52, the point of the golden hour is part of the celebration of 40 years of radio one.

While I was one of the ones that wanted older music to be played, I meant (if I didn't state it) that it should be in place of the current Radio 1 playlist, not as well as.

I'm loving the Golden Hour, i'd like to see it stick around after this week, not every day but i think the last hour of every fridays show would be a good spot for it.

I happen to agree, I find it boring, i dont mind more older songs and even new and unheard music before but a whole hour of music back to back with no chat or anything is very very very boring to me, i dont tune into Chris Moyles to here non Stop music i listen to Jo Whiley for that :D

I suppose i could bare it if it was on every friday instead of everyday but its not really my cup of tea, i have usually been turning it off at 9 this week.

Well i do have season 1 of Ugly Betty on my ipod and no boss to stop me from watching it in my office

8O I have done no work today 8O better work harder tomorrow

I love your signature Walter... that's really beautiful!! :-) Loved the Beatles' Penny Lane y/day, and y/day was the first day ever I have actually managed to have a text picked up on Moyles' show :-) in the second half of the Golden Hour.
