Is it just me or are they putting him on to make Chris Moyles sound amazing? Why not Scott Mills? or JK and Joel?

I don't understand- anyway...how do you think he is doing?

He's not rubbish, he just isn't breakfast. I would think the idea was that they wanted someone in the slot who could cover the whole period of Chris's holiday - Scott has been off for some of it, JK and Joel also - they would have had to chop and change if they had gone with the usual suspects. Its a massive opportunity for Nihal I would have thought, and I hope he benefits from it - but I can't see him carrying either of the main daytime shows.

Typical, I like so totally of beam.
He seems pleasant enough, and has good timing, enjoys his music, and is certainly more of a Dj than Chapper or Dave, and they get the weekend show.

I think he's awful to be honest. He Just makes me want to change the station!

I'll probably be listening to Radio City's or maybe Virgin's breakfast show until Moyles returns!

He also has this obession to say "BBC Radio 1" in everylink!

Does he have any other show on R1 ? haven't heard about him yet. I listened to his show for 10 minutes and it sounded a bit like talking ti cheese. But thats a great gig for that guy Great experience and i believe its a good idea to put him on. Waiting for such a chacnce myself in poland. Maybe some day ....

Why is it that Nihal - who's name is spelled Nihal, and who pronounces it himself as Nihal, has a name jingle thingy (I don't know what the correct term for it is) which clearly calls him Nahal? Could they not be bothered to find out how to say his name before they recorded this one word jingle? If I were him, I might be a bit miffed about that. But he is probably too busy making the most of his big chance on Breakfast. And maybe changing his name.
