How do you sleep when its really hot??

Its so hot in my room at night that i cant sleep. I dont have a fan and the noise would keep me awake.

Help anyone??

A hot water bottle filled with ice cold water is nice. Sleeping naked can help

Althought the eight cans of stella would do the trick, one of the best things to drink is a glass of warm milk which helps release a natural sedative in the brain.

While others favour a more medatative approach to emptying the mind (too much stress will keep you awake - even subconcious stress) I've always found that reading helps me clear my mind.

Other than that, naked, above the sheets or if you prefer with the thinest of sheets works as well.

And this from a wikipedia...."Sexual activity before sleep can help some".

I usually sleep with a hot water bottle. It has to be very very warm for me to go to bed without one. My boyfriend hates it.

I trust the guys in the house thats why i leave the dorr open when its hot. I only have a small window and get no air in the room.
