It was in the trash can which is the correct place for it. I was aking for advice and didnt want to spam posts relating to Chris Moyles and radio 2.

Why was it locked without a polite pm giving an explanation as to what was wrong with it. Another case of Eliteism me thinks.

If anyone does know what the correct ratio of cement to building sand should be, I would be gratful.

Probably to do with the fact you were boasting about ripping off the taxpayer (again).

Whilst I had said fair play for playing the system, it does get rather tiresome having your nose rubbed in it, particularly when spending a day at work. I'm sure you won't be declaring to the authorities your fifty quid of earnings either, will you?

Ok, thanks for that Console, my apologies for posting it in General. I was pistaken in my previous post. I just thought it would be a nice little topic for us to dicuss as obvioulsy some of us do know how to mix cement, and some of us dont. Google is too easy. I could go the whole hog and get a government paid for course in brick laying, but as its been pointed out, tax payers pay enough towards keeping freeloaders in money.

Simple, Google is my search engine of preference and the one I defaultly use.

The forum isn't being payed for by 'licence fee' money, it's being paid for by Chris Harris, and as such it has no such guidlines on product placement.

For info... 3 parts builders sand, 1 cement. Beforehand, mix plastersizer with water at a ratio of 20-1 then add to the mixer. Then add sand, and then cement. Mix until of a good consistency then build the wall.

See, none of you mentioned plastersizer....
