A nice idea with two flaws ...

1) You're miles away and, more importantly

2) You, as far as I know, can not breast feed her!

1) I'll become a nanny and live in your house (rent free of course)
2) Thats what bottles were invented for. Bottle of milk for the baby, bottle of whisky for me...

so she's going to be a straight breast milk baby? i'm jealous. i'm convinced if i were breastfed as an infant, i'd be a few inches taller now.

That's the idea anyway - it may not work out that way.

And david, it's not sexual discrimination. Breast milk has been proved to be far better for the baby in terms of the nutrients it provides and the extra immunity and strenght etc it gives to the baby. It does make it difficult as it is dard (though not impossible) for me to feed her which means emily has a had job every few hours (unless, as I suggested, breast milk is expressed and then I can give it through a bottle).

Fianlly got a night's sleep. Only had to wake up twice for feeds! I thinkI got 8 hours in total, just not all in one go.
