No, paedophilia is inexcusable and incurable (in my opinion) and therefore the culprits should never be let out. They should not be killed. An 'eye for an eye' society is not the way to go.

It ends up costing more to kill a person, due to the legal costs, than it does putting them in jail for the rest of their lives anyway.

Yes but even besides that, it is wrong to kill a person for purposes of retribution (in fact it's wrong to kill a person for any reason.)

i'm with topher and mc. actually, i think it's the most important thing any nation that values personal liberty and human rights should be talking about. letting the victims make legislation/law is dangerous and doesn't really do anything than allow people to feel smug and comfortable, but it doesn't solve anything.
