I've seen the first three but missed the fourth. It been quite good so far, although any seen with the manager in is, for me, too over the top, but the rest is great, especially considering it's my field of work.

I saw this weeks and last weeks episodes.I'm not a fan, that woman is too annoying for words, take her out of it and it might be half decent. Its alright, nothing too special though

i thought it was a big let down to be honest. with chris morris in it, the bloke from darkplace and written by the bloke who wrote father ted (cant remember his name) i expected a quite surreal sort of show, something maybe like Nathan Barley, which i thought was good, but its just like a normal sitom not that good. sorry

I haven't seen it yet - have meant to watch it but I'm never around when it's on.

It is brilliant! I think it is hilarious and its the irish guy that makes it. The one on Friday night was fantastic.... lol about the goth living in the store for 4 years! & all the flashbacks....!!

Super - plus as good ole Quincy pointed out its wrote by the brains behind Father Ted so I guess in a way...you have to like it!

I think he wrote Black Books too, didn't he?

What? How can you say that! Do you have a sense of humour? Father ted was anything but rubbish. It was a well thought out, well wrote and well acted comedy. The writing behind it was not only comedy genius but original and it is defiantly one of the best, if not thee best comedy of modern times.

I really can't express just how much high esteem I hold for Father Ted.
The show was just so damn well wrote, well produced and well received.
Not only was it a sure fire start from the beginning because of its colourful characters, crazy storylines and great script, it also made headlines for provoking fun at the catholic church and religion in general throughout each series. - something many programmes believed was a taboo issue. Priests link with young children, all priests being homosexual - it didn't matter, Father Ted bit into each issue mirroring how it was being discussed in Ireland.

Father Dougal: Ahh, let's see, I'll have the Hindu curry, steak and chips, and a glass of coke, thanks.

Policeman: Do you know where you are? You're in a police station.

Father Dougal: Oh right. Well, in that case, I'll just have the Satay Chicken.

Father Dougal: [reading a paper] Ted, look at this. Guy Ritchie has been arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Oh now wait that's a film.
