I'm considering moving the Polls back to General to reduce the amount of separate forums.

It's not a bad idea, but, as I usually skip the vasy majority of topics in polls, it would be beneficial for me to have them seperate. Otherwise, I can't see any advantages either way.

Threads in the 'Polls' forum usually end up as long discussions anyway, so unless you want to keep polls as polls only (by locking each thread to replies and allowing only poll votes), I'd say move them. I don't see a problem with a discussion thread in 'General' having a poll attached.

Most of the current polls belong in the trash can anyway. Move them all and allow polls in both.

Polls should be allowed in the private area too.
