The bitterness towards Chelsea on here is quite amusing. I can't speak for all regular football goers but I have no resentment towards them for spending all the money to win the title really. Man Utd, Newcastle and the RS are all far more annoying.

van der meyde played 67 minutes for the reserves he will be a boost when he comes back to the first team. valente looks poor he seems scared to get involved with tackles and is a bit of a wimp and looks like arteta is being played too deep. ferrari dont look too good either.

Arteta has been injured. He only plays deep when Neville has to move to full back and we are really missing Carsley (who would have thought that?). I think if Carsley was fit Cahill may have had a rest.

Ferrari is ok at Centre Back but not at left-back. Meyde wont even be considered this weekend so it could be a couple more weeks.

If Gravesen does come back then Everton will have a formidable midfield capable of playing through most teams...Just need a bit of confidence back in the team.
