i like the fact Newcastle have become "they" now. not admitting owt eh?

Well I support them but I feel guilty saying "we" because I'm not a particularly huge fan and I've only been once. If I went every week I would have no problems saying "we".

Just saw Owens arrival at Newcastle. The clueless geordie fools were acting like it was the second coming. Still not gonna win anything.

Well it's not looking good for us now we've lost our best striker. I reckon we'll be knocking on the door of League One.

I hardly think he has "let you down". You didn't want him. Or if you did, then you just couldn't afford to sign him for £18 million after selling him for £8 million last summer. Doing that would make absolutely no sense.

Ha, post of the week without a doubt. :D

Couldn't of put that better myself really. Banitez didnt want him. So what was he to do? Sit on the bench and fight it out with Cissé and Crouch? Whats the point?
If he wants more play for England next year, then his best chance for it is Newcastle. Also he has a drive to work for, get Newcastle higher in the table. Succeed with it or not.

Well reports now say Rafa did want him but wouldn't pay the £16 million to get him (which is understandable), so I take my coments back, Good luck Owen, but please don't score against us.

Hopefully all Liverpool fans have the same attitude as you. If Rafa was interested in him, he should of made out like he was and then he may of been able to get him for cheaper. "Oooohhhhwww" (primary school kid stylee) they are playing you on boxing day :D

lol You never know whats going to happen here. I would be wary of them now. If they would of had Owen the other day they could of probably beat Man U. I mean they had a good go.

But newcastle still have a crap defence, Owen can score a hatrick every game but they will still loose as their defence is terrible.
I think newcastle games could be highscoring this year. loads of 4-3, 4-2 etc.

Yes, next to fix the defence. And they will be ok.
