I don't mind Costa, but I actively dislike Nero. I'm sure that's cos Nero make proper Italian coffee and Starbucks just make some sort of American facsimile, but whatever, that's what I like. I should say that Costa are the only ones that don't charge extra for soya milk and that's a point in their favour. Economy longlife soya milk is maybe 10p a carton more expensive than cows' milk now, so 35p a drink (which is what Starbucks and Nero both charge) is inexcusable.

Bahhhhhhh! I'm in too much of a good mood to make that an annoyance. I've just switched to Caffe Nero today because of the convinience on my new commute to work and the coffee is definately better! Get less in a medium than Starbucks (my 2nd favourite) but quality is better than quantity.

Also, I'm smiling cos it's Friday and I had a good wedge of sleep last night to get over my crappy day yesterday.

Apparently it has arrived in places like Chingford and Haverhill (which are located round London, well Chingford is actually London) but completely bypassed Ilford, typical.

To be honest I'm kinda hoping it's a mild one - particularly as I'll be moving house at some point in the next couple of months.
But I've never known it be this cold this early. Even September was bloody chilly I thought. I've got bad memories of the big freeze 2 years ago - the thought of society being paralyzed by snow was a freaky one.

The new Calvin Harris album is making me happy this week. :D

Although I normally prefer albums of a sensible length, this one needed to be long given that we've already had 6(?) singles from it. And 15 tracks, with (on the special edition) an additional 7 remixes, 5 music videos and a 53-minute long continuous mix of the entire album is pretty good going!
