He's slowly becomming my favourite presenter on Radio 1.... I used to hate him, now I just love the guy.

Bruce Springsteen Born To Run and Oasis Acquiesce in the first 10 minutes of tonights show.... how can any programme beat THAT?!

I'd accualy though about it today while listening to his show on my way to work. I do not thing though that he's gonna become a legend for his show. Does anyone know his listening figures?

I totally agree David, I couldn't bear Colin and Edith - now, Edith is ok and Colin Murray's new show is brilliant.

Me too, strangely. Also, Edith Bowman's show is now arguably the worst on Radio 1, it's just awful.

I think its better than when it was Colin and Edith. But I wouldn't rush home for it.

Edith's show is ok, although she does talk about movies a hell of a lot.

It's like Colin left and she suddenly turned into Barry Norman

Edith followed by Coxy.... now thats 6 hours of diabolical radio! How did Coxy get back on daytimes, I thought JK and Joel usually got that stint

Good point, why aren't they covering Mills in the afternoons.

I remember when Moylesy got back JK n Joel were sayin they loved being back on in mornings, cuz its chilled out and they hang out with the breakfast team etc, well if thats what they want!

You have to start somewhere... unless you've come from somewhere other than local radio, surely the logical show to get is the early morning one to begin with.

To be honest I don't reckon they'll be on early mornings this time next year. I think they'll probably be doing 1-4pm, with Edith Norman taking over Jo Whiley's slot. That'd be quite cool, cos everyone knows early afternoons were made for a double act.

Oh no, that would be like going from one really boring dull bland presenter to another really boring dull bland presenter! And she would only have the daytime playlist, so she couldn't even redeem herself with her music, like she (almost) does now........

I have a feeling - and maybe a whisper from someone who knows - that it will be Vernon. I am trying to get it confirmed - or more to the point, denied!

I often do, but not because of Radio One, or you either! But hopefully not tonight, not feeling too bad at the moment.
