how do i unzip a zip file? im trying badly to learn spanish. all the files ive found are zip files. i need a program or something to unzip them right? what is the best one? and obviously i want one that wont bugger up my computer with crap. thanks. love from quincy. x x x

Well, you can use WinRar, WinZip or PK[Un]Zip (as well as numerous other tools) to uncompress the file.

If you have Windows XP, its got a version of WinZip built in, but there is a free version at Winzip.com

Anyone who thinks we're contributing to the dumbing-down of internet forums can shove their stupid opinion up their a$$

The best zip utility I've found is 7-Zip - I'd download the MSI as opposed to the exe and it's likely you'll want the 32-bit version.

Once installed, right-click the file and you'll see a 7-Zip menu - use the extract option.

It's not got WinZip built it, it just has the facility to unzip zip files.
