If I only had 20mins to live I doubt i'd bother with the book, but if I had to i'd take Confessions of a B movie actor, the autobiography of Bruce Campbell my favourate actor. I would take Chris' new book but I wouldn't have time to read it!

Glad we cleared up the whole your not a goat thing as well, silly me, sureal discussions often go that way if you make gross assumptions.

Incidently what is pointed about you and or your persona, as if you were indeed a goat you could have pointy horns, hence my rather simplistic assumption.

The nickname Mr Pointy has been with me for years. There are several stories as to how I got it. One is that I used to point at people. Another is that Im a big fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and her favourate stake was called Mr Pointy. My favourate one tho is beause Im always horny!!

I guessed the Buffy connection earlier - but I thought it had something to do with KendraK on here - you know Mr Pointy (the stake) was originally given to Buffy by Kendra the slayer who replaced Buffy first time she was killed.

My question to you is - do you think that having a considerable depth of knowledge of trivia about Buffy the Vampire Slayer is indicative of some kind of trauma.....?

You almost caught me out with this, i was going to say 42 however that is the answer to the question to the meaning of life, the universe and everything, sadly I do not know the question, I havent found the monitor, the keyboard or indeed the mouse to control the Earth

Yes, everyone knows the 'answer' to the question, but noone knows the question, and in the H2G2 books (the third IIRC) a person (Prak) was injected with an overdose of 'Truth Serum' and gains the truth of all knowledge, and he states 'that the Question and the Answer are mutually exclusive. Knowledge of one logically precludes knowledge of the other. It is impossible that both can ever be known about the same universe. [But,] if it happened, it seems that the Question and the Answer would just cancel each other out and take the Universe with them, which would then be replaced by something even more bizarrely inexplicable. It is possible that this has already happened, but there is a certain amount of Uncertainty about it.'

So, when 'Mr Pointy' said "ask me ANY question you like and I will answer it completly honestly" I basically asked a, somewhat geeky, joke question that went over EVERYONE's head.
