I had a coronation chicken French stick with Sweet chili Walkers Sensations from the local sandwhich shop...........yum!

I had the Sub of the day which was Italian BMT, A pack of the blue doritos and a raisin and oatmeal cookie

Today I had a prawn mayo sarnie, followed by a cathedral city cheddar and branston pickle dunker thingy, and then a bag of skips followed by 2 bags of hula hoops.

off to longmans for a spam and olive chabatta melt ( Recent VAT tribunal has said these can be classed as zero rated which means they are 17.5% cheaper than before ), coke zero ( because as a man I enoy this great new taste without the calories, and diet coke is just for girls you know) and a packet of toffee flavoured rice cakes ( these come in handy for filling boxes containing delicate items you wish to post )
