Having a few drinks with friends last night, one of who may be doing a hospital radio show.
So we started a kind of game........
He was interested in which 20 songs we would play.

Especially the first song, to open the show, the 10th and 11th song, before and after the News, and the last song to end the show.

As I was being a host, I never really got to play, but I did choose Limp Bizkits Rollin to start

It's Up to you really, I would suggest using your favourite tracks, it was an exercise in different peoples tastes.

definitely start with a classic track from the 80's or 90's- take thats pray or fgth's two tribes
before the news play something loud and fresh-any songs by muse or arctic monkeys are good.
end with a great classic like amarillo.
a mix of old classics and new gems will make a great show!
(i was going to suggest the theme to minder, but that isnt a real song more a theme!)

no i was using music by my mates local band reborn and songs we did-unsigned bands and stuff.
i dont wanna get sued!

how did he get into the whole hospital radio thing?

He is doing media studies at college, and one of the people on his course introduced him to it, he went along to Radio Camelot at Yeovil Hospital (I believe?) to see how it was done, and has now put a form in to apply.

If you're interested I would suggest going to your local hospital and finding out, or google it for some advice
