Does anyone know of a decent tool that will let me convert a flash video file (swf) to an mpeg file or even better an mp4 or 3gp file? I've tried a few shareware programs but they don't seem to do the trick.

Before anyone shouts at me for not asking this question on some other specialist forum, I thought I'd ask here first as I know there are certain members that may know how I can do it, and can't be arsed registering on another forum.
