I've got an interview at Edinburgh College of Art on Wednesday for BA(Hons) Graphic Design, wish me luck!

I'm not really bothered about getting in, but it would be nice. School for 6 years then college for 3, so I wouldn't mind a year out.

Seriously though, hope it does all go well. If not though, i would reccomend a year out anyway. If not now, then at some point. I found it useful (even though through shat results I was forced into it)

There is a few firms around my bit where I could probably get an apprenticeship but I'll see what happens.

Good luck, not that you'll need it. As I found out they dont really judge you that much, its in many cases just a formallity and a chance to show you round the departement.

My advise; just be honest and yourself and you'll do fine.
