There are terrible world cup songs....and then there's ours.
The people who brought you Moped have reinvented themselves (for a period of a couple of months) as Sweet FA.
Our musical effort is a cover of an old Black Lace track (so obv, its dead high concept) done in a football stylee. Its a no brainer, 5 pints in down the pub job and with no lyrics to remember. Our USP is the animated video, the guy who is doing it has done stuff for MTV and E4 so its top knotch and hey, I've always wanted to be a cartoon character (thats me on the right).
The proper site isn't ready to roll yet so for the time being we've cobbled a myspace page with a clip of the track and some 'rushes' of the video.

We hope to have a meeting with a 'fairly' big record co in the next week or two with a view to a proper release (they're waiting for the vid to be finished) however record companys are idiots so we'll have to see how it all goes.
