It reminds me of UKTV about 5 years ago, and the thing is the rebrand was created by :

BBC Productions

Which to be honest is stupid to use your main TV rival to do something for you, however I like the new idents.

Well ITV productions can often be found filmed in BBC Studios and vice versa. Its not as if they are taking business away from each other since each recieve their funding in different ways

I think they renamed it away from the BBC corporate name though didn't they.

1. It was BBC Broadcast
2. The BBC sold off that part of the corporation to a bank
3. Its now called Red Bee Media
