3 aqt the back, king defensive midfielder, 3 in the middle, rooney just behind the front 2 of bent and defoe. as they are injured have richardson instead of gerrard and rio instead of solomon.

England were much better yesterday. Defence went sloppy after Owen scored his goal. But they did not make the same mistake twice. Good on em'. Why Wright-Phillips was took of though i dont know. But it didn't cost us so i am happy. Figures. It must of been the pressure getting to them, becuase winning last night wouldn't of changed anything to do with qualifying. So they must of gone out there planning to have a little fun.

I hope that's not the case, otherwise we'll be useless when it comes to the World Cup!

They need to learn to keep concentration, to actually look like they give a sh*t and play with a bit more confidence. We can't afford to fluke our way through to the quarter finals again like we did in Euro 2004!

I dont know what i prefer. I think they need a balance. Not too serious becuase they were under pressure to qualify and they played pants. Then the pressure was took off last night and they were decent. But they cant afford to be silly in the world cup. A good balance is what they need i think. I think they all played well last night. Nice work from Owen and Cole for Lampards goal too.

Much as I hate to say it, Rooney makes a hell of a difference to the team, we just need to learn not to rely on him, remember when he got injured against Portugal? We were absolute pants!

The crowd were spot on to boo Crouch in my opinion, it's an insult to the country that he can get in the side, he's just a big lump!

Way too right.
Too be honest though, i think they were booing the fact that Sven took wright-phillips off the pitch. I dont think they were booing Crouch. I have nothing against Crouch, and he has been a lot better for Liverpool than i thought he would be. But he dosent compare to Owen or Rooney, a player for England? No way.
