i think guys that tend not to be so obsessed with their appearance also tend to not worry too much about girls' appearances. i know when i was hanging out in a really odd skinny hipster circle, i felt absolutely disgusting and huge. oh well...

I hate it when guys worry about their girl's appearance but I'm really fascinated by it! Like the obsession with females weight in Heat magazine. No one gives a toss about what blokes look like! I always found that guys preferred curvy girls in principle, but in reality really wanted a slim girlfriend . And all girl's generally want is to be as slim as possible... it's all very strange really.

My girlfriend is not worried by her weight whatsoever and I've got loads of respect for that, considering she works with people who are. Granted, she's not fat (but has nice curves ) but all the same, I've known loads of girls who aren't fat, from skinny to nice-curvy, who are obsessed by their weight.

it's weird how that works. i know i'm not skinny, but not really fat either. i wouldn't mind being a bit thinner, but it's nothing i think about all the time. all the same, the girls i'm friends with who are always concerned with their weight are super skinny. i don't want to be rude all the time and tell them to shut up, but it's weird. this girl who worked for me was stick thin and said that eating peanut butter sandwiches were bad because there were too many carbs in the bread.

I'm sure I read a study a while ago that said a group of men were shown silhouettes of different womens body sizes and asked to pick their favourite. A group of women were then shown the same pictures and given the same instructions.

I take offence at a direct and personal attack on me and my family. Any decent forum admin would do the decent thing and remove whyties post and give him a warning. I'm assuming that that sort of personal insult isnt allowed on this forum or am I mistaken. If an admin could do the honours please.

And for your information whytie, she isnt my boss at macdonalds, she also lives off the tax payer and has a "cash in hand" job at the local inland revenue office, albiet indirect, as they think they are hiring a contract cleaner lmao. The laugh is on them, and you who I assume pays tax.
