It is, i dont mind people who watch it or go to it for a laugh. Becuase they know it is BS. If i find it on Sky Sports 3 i watch it for 5 and laugh at it becuase it is all act and i admire them for their stunts and bravery. Things can go wrong even if it's acting like they do.
But what i dont get is people who go there and watch it beliving it is real. Anyone under 12 e.g funnydave by the sounds of it. I forgive. But i see people in the crowd either laughing like i would, or really into it like it's a boxing match with money riding on it or somthin'.

But what if someone gets your name Copyrighted to them as some sort of an official TM or something?

Doesn't matter. If it's your actual name you can carry on using it.

If by some freakish coincidence your name was "Coca Cola" you could make your own fake coca cola and they couldn't stop you since it was your name.

I don't think it counts if you change your name by deed pole though

I would imagine Coke would find a way to sue the parents when they first named the child though - with a name like that it's going to become common knowledge before long - tabloids would have a field day and with a big business like Coke they'd probably win even just through intimidation.

That was just an example. A better one is, my Grandad's last name is Duff and he has made some genuine Duff beer and was not sued by the makers of the simpsons, because it is his actual name.
