We've got several food-based ideas - fasting for a day, trying a food that scares you (frogs' legs, etc), eating only fruit for a day, being vegan for a day. I think we've got a list of about 150 already, but some of them I've been like "yeah, I'm not going with you to do that" and as he's kind of relying on me to take the photos, he may have to change them...

First thing I could think of would be to photograph him listening to a different type of music, dunno what he listens to tho.

Guess he could also try cooking something new every so often as well.

Just bought some music to run to from a site called Audiofuel and am SHOCKED by how fast the music they want me to run to is - I downloaded the "medium" pack and one of the mixes goes up to 180bpm...ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY BPM. I may have a canary and keel over tomorrow morning if I run to that.

Mind you, I once went running while listening to a drum'n'bass mix...that was - exhausting.

I like the food idea. Whever I go to a restaurant, I try to order something I've never had before. So, I've eaten haggis, frogs legs, ostrich, alligator, pheasant, foie gras et al.

Work colleague A is a married, strong Christian young man aged 22 and has a son. Man B who has only been employed recently has fallen on hard times and separated from his girlfriend that he lived with. Man A invites Man B to stay with him whilst he and his girlfriend try and sort it out. Man A has a very small flat and being a good Christian it seemed like a nice thing for him to do. Man B and his girlfriends situation gets worse as they are apart and Man A begins getting friendly with the girlfriend behind his wife's back. On New Year's Eve the ex girlfriend comes to stay the night at man A's flat. Man A the whole time is bombarding her with text messages, trying to corner her in rooms etc. In the morning the Ex girlfriend comes clean to her now boyfriend ( they reconciled at midnight apparently) that man A had been coming on to her behind his wife and friends back. When showing man B the string of text messages a new one comes through from Man A saying the now legendary line:

" I can still smell you on the pillow"

Man B flips out and gets angry, comes into work and quits due to all of this happening. It then comes out he slept with the work bike last week whilst him and his girlfriend were supposed to be sorting things out. He wants that part kept quiet from his girlfriend but Man A has already text her to tell her all about her boyfriend sleeping with the work bicycle. Man A's wife still doesn't know anything about it but people in work are going to tell her if he doesn't.

That essentially is all that's happened at the moment. It's 10 times funnier when you see what man A looks like. He honestly looks like a young fat controller and for some reason walks round the place with a holier than thou attitude. He has serious problems and I now have lost staff over it.

He sounds LOVELY. That classic combination of hypocrite, tub of lard and dick brain is irresistible. I'm not entirely sure how this can have been going on in a small flat where Wife A lives without her knowing something about it though. She may be saying nowt but I bet she knows something is happening, even if she's keeping a distance from the details.

It's important to point out man A has a two year old son who was probably witness to some of these antics.

His wife is so strong belief wise that she would never suspect that Man A would do anything like that. She would only ever have seen his nice side. The pervert he really is has always been hidden.

I had forgotten that. What a deeply revolting person he seems. Would also explain why Wife A is attempting to make it seem she doesn't know what's happening. She's probably concentrating on keeping things as normal as possible for the lad.

Don't get carried away with the idea that being a christian makes you naive. Anyone who is serious about their faith has a very clear idea of what people are capable of - often through experience.

That is extremely dramatic. Several years ago, one of my former managers was caught on a fire exit having sex with one of the guests at a corporate party that was happening at the time. The whole thing was swept under the carpet by the next manager up, and as far as I know HR never got wind of it. But he was eventually sacked for soliciting donations to a charity thing he was doing from our clients. Man, he got away with so much.
