Was a good episode, many bits of it were predictable, although it had to end with the right thing happening. Didn't see the last 5/10 minutes coming though, nice cliffer hanger, should be a good lead in to the next season.

It was all finishing too nicely with 10 minutes to spare...

Yeah, good episode. Was quite shocked at the outcome of his and the presidents meeting... Wasnt expecting that, but surely they could have done what they done 6 episodes previous?

Good ending, too. I kept thinking that something had to crop up regarding that, and I have no doubt season 6 will start as normal with a bit of a cop-out excuse of how he got back.

No way, Series 6 will lead on from what we saw, i'm sure of it. In effect that storyline has been running in two series now.

Hope so, but how will he get back to LA from China in a day? Cant see the series being set in China, although I could be wrong. Unless he's sent to LA on a chinese mission....

Was there not a rumour season 6 was going to be in a foreign country? also rumours of it being set in the UK at bits? I can't imagine season 6 would be jack trying to escape, as its not something that would take 24 hours, or something that will climax within 24 hours.

There have been many rumours flying around about next season, some of which were given some backing by the ending of this season, but nothing has been confirmed (or denied for that matter) yet, not as far as I know at least.

I'm quite sure Kiefer Sutherland confirmed plans for a 24 movie, that would be set in London.

Kiefer said that part of the movie would be set in London as 24 has such a huge following here. He also said that the TV program could never be done here due to the scale of the operation that must be based heavily over in the states.

Good news for all 24 fans with Sky:

British broadcaster Sky One recently refined its deal with News Corp. sibling 20th Century Fox Television to air the next season of "24" within a week of its U.S. broadcast. Research has identified "24" as the single-most illegally viewed TV program on the Internet in the U.K.

Excellent news! Does anybody have an exact date for when it will be aired here? I think I read somewhere before it is due to be shown in February?

Well, the first four episodes are going to be on January 14th and 15th next year in America, so, presumeably, it'll either start that week or the week after.

Haha, all those people who hid their text by changing the colour to the same as the post background look a bit silly now.
