maybe its just me but I didnt find his other show on BBC 2 (The Keith Barret Show) all that special either. However I did enjoy Director's Commentary on ITV so I suppose you could say its swings and roundabouts. I just think he emulates the humour and the personality of Coogan too much a lot of the time.

I didn't like the keith barret show either, although I don't think that was aiming to be groundbreaking comedy to win awards. I think the appeal of that show lies with people much older than most people who post on here.
