No, i'm saying put things in perspective. Being turned down for a job is nothing like the inequality that was around years ago. I'm not saying what's going is 100% correct but in this day and age of uber PC madness everyone is going to scrutinize every job application, every appointment and so on and find something wrong with it no matter how equal you try and make it. Sometimes it's just an inconvinience, so some people of both races should stop harping on about discriminated they are and take a look at things such as the Holocaust if they really want to find out what discrimination is.

The correct procedure as far as job applications, in my opinion, should be that the people making decisions over who gets interviewed should not get to see anyone's names or anything else that can be an indicator of a feature that could cause accusations of prejudice.

Obviously for the interview itself, that is not feasible.

I personally think the adverts for ethnic minorities are in order to encourage more people of those cultures to apply. Some jobs have a stigma attached whereby people of an ethnic minority believe that they either will not get the job due to them being in that ethnic minority, or will be subject to abuse at work if they were offered the job. The adverts aim to dispel that; they have no bearing on who actually gets the job once all applications have been received.

a. We dont have the police resources to deal with them.
b. We dont have the medical resources to deal with them.
c. The legal system is to afraid of infringing on thier human rights, so they get away with murder, literally.

Someone could throw in an accusation of racism (most people do at every little thing these days) but it would depend entirely on the circumstances surrounding the case. You can't just generalise in cases like that and say "is this racism" as the world doesn't work on generalisations
