Who knows Dom?
Not everyone who appears in the feature, that's for sure.
My understanding of the feature is that all of the people link back to Dom via the person who was on the previous day. Well, today the person featured is the flatmate of one of my colleagues. How does he know yesterday's person? He doesn't; he was approached outside Portsmouth University by a BBC employee and asked if he'd agree to be on. He didn't even listen yesterday, and certainly doesn't know the previous "caller".
After all of the phone line and vote rigging scandals, you'd think the beeb would put some proper effort in instead of just making stuff up.
