The team said they were having a brainstorm/thought shower today, to discuss the show and future plans.

At the moment it's hitting its target audience very well - podcasts, blogs, strong RAJAR figures etc.

However, is there anything you would like to see more/less of? i.e. celebrity guests, parodies, new features, the little chris moyles show links?

How can the show continue to improve?

More parodies, more little team, more singing, more guests such as soapstars and other British folk. Simon Cowell always sounds good.

Not really fond of Outside boradcasts or Longman.

Oh and alot more shock jocking!!

More parodies. Guests are only good if they are funny. P Diddy/Beyonce, they may have been A list celebrities, but they weren't that an exciting listen. They should aim at guests that will actually be funny.

Don't have guests (although I suppose they have to for the target audince to attract listeners in), they are boring and doesn't bring the best out of the team, plus Chris is all over them saying how good they are only to slag them off the next day.

Otherwise I think the show is sounding pretty good at the moment. I do enjoy the JK & Joel handovers as well, reminds me of the Chris and Clive Warren handovers when he use to be on Early Breakfast.

It needs something different I think, nothing major though as they're doing well. We're now hitting the point where it's back to school/college, so just a few changes perhaps.

I agree with Dimon on less Longman (unless they're giving away I Hate Longman t-shirts, although hate is a strong word!)

One Road Travel could do with a new jingle though. Certainly they need to keep up the parodies, sending these to my mates in MP3 files engages their interest in the show.

I agree with Matt that they should stop having guests, but i doubt that'll happen.

I'd also like to see more parodies, and maybe a new game for the last half hour of the show.
And less Longman, he's been on the show way to much lately.

But overall i think the shows been really good recently, so i think any changes would be small ones.

I don't think they should stop having guests, as some (like Les Dennis, Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon, and others I can't think of right now) have been very funny/entertaining, but it's a case of judging how funny/entertaining they're going to be before hand, which could be very problematic, and, of course, people may (read will) disagree.

I think rather than Celebrity Tarzan, Celebrity Bullseye....A celebrity saying "Iiiiiiin one"...or possibly "you cant beat a bit of bully"...which indeed you cant....plus its a chance to have the Bullseye theme tune which is the greatest quiz show theme tune in the world.....although I have to say Goin For Gold is a close second...purely because I know all the words "the heat is on. The time is right. its time for you, for you to play your game"...etc....Solid Gold.

I think Moyles is on top form these days and has been for ages now. The shows shouldn't really tampered with that much and just added to. Little team is the perfect example of this. Also the banter is just hilarious more and more each day now.

I enjoy hearing Chris and the rest of the team interact with callers but not during competitons. If he could just pick up the phone and take seriously geeky callers on air then I think it would sound hilarious.

- Even if he got terrible singers on air for a bit of karaoke X Factor rejects style.

Basically, I just think that whoever is producing the show should relax a bit and let Chris run with whatever....

Also.. Bring back a 'fuller' game like Carpark Catchphrase. Chris's ability to make supposedly intelligent people look like complete idiots never fails to amuse. the last 15 minutes of the show used to be something I really really looked forward to..

More of overrunning into Whiley.. More Chris, less Whiley.. Gotta be good..
