I know its a little earlier to say, and this thread is no means to hate Rachel, but I want to try and see if people prefer Rachel or Aled producing?

This week has seen Aled producing the show, with Rachel producing the 3 weeks of the month. This week - have you seen a change in the show? Have you missed Rachel and what she offers to the show? Or have you enjoyed having Aled produce the show? What do you think Rachel and Aled offer to the show?

No rude comments regarding Rachel, as we all know to well, they could be reading! So try to keep it reasonable.

Aled, he lets the show flow more and lets Chris get away with more which makes good radio.

No seriously, i think the show has been alittle better with Aled producing, it seems like they can talk about more guy stuff without Rachel butting in and telling them there being sexist.

And Aled doesn't talk as much when he's producing, so that's definitely a positive for me.

So fairly early on - it shows that male producers are slightly better. Would people agree that some of the best of Moyles, was produced by Will Kinder?

I miss Will still loads now, the show was at its best with Will as producer

I think there's been a subtle difference with Aled, and I thought he did a great job and last week's shows were very good, so I guess that means I do prefer him.

I'm also in the Will Kinder camp though. But while that was the perfect blend for the afternoon show, it's perhaps not quite so appropiate for the morning slot....perhaps.

Anyway, well done Aled

Im with all the Aled surpporters, I feel he has done a very good job as producer and will make a really good producer in the future if he chooses to do so.

he has come along way and done really well for himself!

After todays show I think that Aled should definetly become the on air producer. Rachel really annnoys me with all her corporate crap and her "thats not nice"/"she doesn't have to if she doesn't want to" comments everyone knows Chris is only having a laugh! I actually think that the shows that aled produced last week had the feeling of the old afternoon shows! She really does bring the show down!

I agree Col197. I'm sure Rachel is a great woman and behind the scenes a super producer but Aled helps the shows sound alot better.
